A wonderful day

Today we got on the road at 10:00 am leaving Mile Post 0.  We are traveling with Bill and Jan and they seen the first wild life of 2 wolves, yep we missed them. However we seen 2 bears crossing the road. Later we learned there were 3 bears.

 

 

We went over the Alaska Brige that was 75 yrs old we got a pic of Jan Mains bring the rig across.

 

 

 

 

 

 

And then the weather was so good we all decided it was time to clean the rigs and we were at a park that didn't mind us doing cleaning them.

 

 

 

 

Dinner was corndogs at picnick table in front of our r.v. space.

 

 

 

 

 

 

To end the day  Bill and Jan treated us to sunday's. We are staying at Triple G Hideaway R.V. park.

INTERNET &%$%#@

The Internet Can be so frustrating especially on the road. Well we left Hinton heading to Grande Prairie it was raining, snowing and mud . The rigs are such a mess. The country is beautiful though. We got up the next day and had errands first stop Visitors center for information center. Harry went out to start the truck and it wouldn't start. So Jan and Bill Mains took a taxie to get their truck. Harry decided it was the fuel pump and we went and ordered it. They said it will be in at 9 AM so another night at the part. But no more the park was booked for the holiday for Canadians. So we hade to have the 5th wheel out by 11am tomorrow. The Main's were so good to let us use their truck to get out by 8:30 the next morning pick up our part and fix the truck. All went very well Harry got the truck running and we were on the road in no time. We are headed to Dawson Creek, British Columbia We did arrive a Milepost 0. Sorry no pictures tonight having trouble downloading and tired

Hinton, Canada

We are in Hinton, Canada our 3rd day woke up to rain. So we decided to sit tight for one more day and I decided it would be a great time to get some meal preparation done.

We are headed to Grande Prairie tomarrow hoping for sunshine and dryer country. We sat with Bill and Jan Mains and plotted a traveling plan wow things to see the places we could go to and Then  the RV parks to pick from. Do we want to boondocking or full hookups. The National parks to see, so excited for what lies ahead.

A new begining

To day is 5/15/2017 I and now going to start adding pics to my blog. I made a a lot of changes to prepare for this. New phone new camera and I feel I am ready to go.
